The property

The Gîte and the Studio are part of a large property in Le Thor where the owners live. The courtyard, closed by an automatic gate, is shared between the hosts' villa and the two homes — a safe and friendly setting, with the reassuring presence of the owners on site. Both homes are independent and can be booked separately or together to host up to six people.

Getting here

By car, via the A7 motorway: from Lyon, exit at Avignon Nord or Avignon Sud; from Marseille, exit at Cavaillon or Avignon Sud. By train, the Le Thor (or L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue) station is about 5 minutes away, and Avignon's TGV station about 40 minutes. By air, Marseille-Provence airport is around 50 minutes away. The property is located in Le Thor (84250); the exact address and detailed access instructions are shared after booking.

Your stay

We welcome you in person on arrival, between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm (self check-in available on request); check-out before 11:00 am for the Gîte and before 10:00 am for the Studio. Access includes a few gravelled areas and some steps, so neither home is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are provided. Housekeeping and check-out

The home is handed over clean and fully equipped, with bed linen and towels provided. Please return the home in the same condition as on arrival (dishes clean and put away, bins emptied and sorted, appliances switched off and windows closed). There is no cleaning fee; only a laundry fee (bed linen and towels) applies.

House rules

Non-smoking homes (indoors).
No pets.
Parties and events are not allowed.
No unannounced additional guests without informing us first.
Please take care of the home and outdoor areas and avoid any damage.
Please keep noise down and respect the neighbourhood, especially in the evening.

Cancellation

We apply Airbnb's "Moderate" cancellation policy: you get a full refund (excluding service fees) if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. After that, the refund is partial (50% of the nightly total, excluding the first night), and nights already started are not refunded in case of early departure.
